Five finalists battled it out to become the Dartmouth Rotary Young Chef of 2016. The winner was Keeleigh Atterbury and the runner up Minnu Santhosh. Certificates were also presented to Zoe Spear, Maria Roxanna Rusu and Annalise Lane.
A spokesman said: ’A big thank you goes to all the restaurants who support this competition here in Dartmouth: Bushell’s Riverside and Jamie Bushell; Anzac Street Bistro Dartmouth and Aga Malec; Kendricks Restaurant and Emma Yeo; Dart Marina Hotel and Spa and Peter Alcroft; and The Royal Castle Hotel and Ankur Biswas.
’A special mention also to Spice Bazaar Dartmouth and Shahar Lashkor; Station Restaurant and Tony Hooper for their great enthusiasm and support.’
The competition took place as part of Dartmouth Food Festival.
